ALBUQUERQUE GRAND PRIVACY POLICY

Last Updated: November 18, 2020 This privacy policy (“Policy”) explains how personal information is collected, used, disclosed and secured by Albuquerque Grand (“Company”) when you access the Company web site at AlbuquerqueGrand.com (the “Site”).  If you do not agree to the terms of this Policy, please do not use the Site(s). You should review our Policy to make sure you understand how we use the personal information you provide.  From time to time, we may make changes to this Policy and we will alert you to those changes by indicating the date it was revised.  Your continued use of the Site following such changes will mean you accept the changes made.
What Is Personal Information?

How Do We Collect Information, and What Types of Information Do We Collect?
We collect several types of personal information about you when you visit or use our Site: Active Collection: We collect certain personal information when you voluntarily provide it, such as the contact details you share when requesting information about our community. If the information you provide is for another person, we will also consider that personal information. Passive Collection: When you use the Site, some information is also automatically collected, such Internet Protocol (IP) address, operating system, browser type, address of a referring web site, activity on the Site, etc. We may also automatically collect certain information and monitor user activity through the use of “cookies” (including persistent and/or session cookies) or web beacons (also known as web bugs, pixel tags, tracking pixels, or clear gifs) on the Site.  A “persistent cookie” is stored on a user’s hard drive until it expires (persistent cookies are set with expiration dates) or until the user deletes the cookie.  Persistent cookies help websites remember your information and settings when you visit them in the future.  “Session cookies” are cookies that expire upon the conclusion of your visit to a website.  These types of cookies are widely used to facilitate a consumer’s interaction with a website. How Do We Use the Personal Information We Collect? We use personal information we collect through the Site for the purpose of providing information about our community. We described in this Policy or elsewhere on the Site.  For example, we may use personal and other information we collect communicate with the user, contact the user about their request for information, respond to user inquiries, deliver targeted ads, monitor Site usage trends, or send promotional messages,  and for any other purpose for which the information was collected. If you no longer wish to receive emails, phone calls, or direct mail contact from Albuquerque Grand, , you may opt out of all future communications by contacting us at 505-842-1972 and request your information be removed from our contact list. What Personal Information Do We Share With Third Parties?
